1. Commitment and Punctuality
Attendance at the exact session time is essential; being ready 5 minutes beforehand ensures you make the most of your time and the teacher's time.
Flexible Cancellation Policy: To ensure smooth scheduling, you may cancel due to illness or emergencies through the app at least 2 hours before the session time, while taking into account the allowed number of cancellations:
• One (1) cancellation per month for the 4-session plan.
• Two (2) cancellations per month for plans with 8 sessions or more.
2. Absence Policy and Exceptional Circumstances
Absence Policy: Failure to attend the session without prior notice will result in the session being counted.
Exceptional Circumstances: Unexpected situations (such as power outages or emergencies) may occur. In such cases, please inform the administration immediately, and we will arrange a replacement session for you within 24 hours.
Continuity Notice: In the event of missing three (3) consecutive sessions without a valid excuse, we will contact you to discuss any difficulties before being obliged to cancel the subscription, in order to offer the opportunity to those on the waiting list.
3. Continuity and Subscription Renewal
Renewal: Your subscription should be renewed immediately after your sessions are completed. We provide a grace period of five (5) days to keep your reserved schedule secured.
Session Validity: The session balance is valid for the current month only, and sessions cannot be carried over from one month to another under any circumstances, in order to maintain schedule consistency.
Schedule Changes: For your convenience, you may request to change your schedule or teacher by contacting the administration immediately for coordination.
4. Administrative and Financial Policy
All financial and administrative matters are handled through the app or directly with the academy administration, not personally with the teacher.
Refund Policy: Once the sessions have started, paid fees are non-refundable, as the teacher's time is specifically reserved for you.
