• Account details you provide: name, email, phone number, nationality, date of birth, and gender.
• Location, once at sign-up: a single coarse reading used only to set your country of residence, which determines pricing and eligible teachers. We do not track your location in the background.
• Payment records: the amounts you declare and the receipt image you upload to confirm a bank transfer. We never see or store your card or bank credentials.
• Learning activity: your subscriptions, sessions, attendance, and teacher reports.
• Device data for reminders: a notification token so we can remind you about upcoming sessions.
2. How We Use Your Information
• To create and manage your account and family group.
• To schedule sessions in your timezone and match you with teachers.
• To process subscriptions and verify payments.
• To send session reminders and account emails in your chosen language.
• To detect fraud and keep the academy secure.
3. How We Share Information
• With the academy's teachers and administrators, only as needed to deliver your lessons.
• We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.
• We may disclose information where required by law.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Important procedures → Delete account) or by contacting us.
When you delete your account, your personal details are permanently anonymized. Financial and audit records required by law are retained in a form that no longer identifies you.
5. Children's Privacy
The academy teaches students of various ages. Accounts for minors must be created and managed by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information provided.
6. Your Rights
You may view and update your personal information from your profile, or ask the administration for help with your data.
